React inside Discord
I built the Activity with React and used Cloudflare Workers and D1 to store documents, meetings, and tasks without maintaining a permanent Gateway connection.

The idea
In Discord, a conversation can end with decisions scattered across messages, documents, and unfinished tasks. I designed Bardo to connect those pieces: prepare context, run a meeting, and turn decisions into tasks without leaving the channel.
The demo and screenshots use fictional team members, names, and data.
Documents
I designed a reader for team documents and content imported from Markdown, PDF, Word, or plain text.

Documents
I built a block editor with an adaptive toolbar, a slash menu, and a save indicator that stays visible as you write.

Meetings
I kept the current topic and remaining time visible. When a block runs overtime, the timeline changes both color and shape.

Meetings
At the end of a meeting, I added a review step to turn agreements into tasks, send them directly to their owners, or discard them.

Tasks
I organized tasks by status, with labels, priorities, due dates, and subtasks. Notifications stay within the same Discord workspace.

Tasks
I brought subtasks, linked documents, and discussion into each task's detail view, with a corresponding channel thread.

Mobile
I adapted the Activity to narrow screens: documents and meetings retain their context, while the task board shows one column at a time.

Implementation
I built the Activity with React and used Cloudflare Workers and D1 to store documents, meetings, and tasks without maintaining a permanent Gateway connection.
I worked on offline states, editing conflicts, and channel permissions. I documented which behaviors are covered by automated tests and which require a real Discord session.

New audio capture is disabled in this version; recovery of earlier recordings remains available. The demo lets visitors explore documents, meetings, and tasks with fictional data that resets when they leave or reload.
